Problem regarding purchasing Xbox Live

Hi there!

I was just enquiring about a problem regarding purchasing Xbox Live.

 

A while back I phone customer support and asked about an error code I receive when attempting to view an Xbox Live Gold purchase, I was told there was an overdue bill on my account and that is the reason I receive this.

 

I was just wondering how one would pay this, as I am planning to purchase a family pack closer to the end of this month.

You will need to contact support for your region and resolve your outstanding balance. You can pay via credit/debit card. Once you do that you will be able to resume your purchase for Live time. When you call be sure to select billing at the main menu otherwise it will take longer than it needs to.
