Problem - Please help! Getting ticked!

Hey I just made a new xbox live account and I'm trying to sign in to my account - StarRainn - on my xbox 360 console and it says "Sorry, This profile can't connect to xbox live on this console. To fix it, download it again." Help!

Hi there, check your HDD to see if there is a corrupt version of the profile an delete it (profile only), clear your system cache. Restart the console and try to re-download your profile again.

Delete and re-download profile: support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Clear cache: support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache
