Problem of Xbox Live when I run a game!

Hello,

Here for quite some time I have a problem when I download a demo or I install a new game or I run a new game, it disconnects me directly from Xbox Live.

I would like to know how to adjust its because I was the problem that on my account and I send mail to support xbox, but its always the same message they send.

If you can help me thank you in advance.

Hey there Fils!
You can start with the basic troubleshooting before we'll take this any further.

Restart your network equipment (modem/router)
Reset your Xbox network settings back to defaults

  1. Turn off your Xbox 360 console.
  2. Wireless connection only: Unplug the Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter from the USB port (if applicable).
  3. Turn on your console.
  4. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select System Settings.
  5. Select Network Settings.
  6. Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network, if you are prompted to do so.
  7. Select Configure Network.
  8. On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults.


Clear your Xbox system cache
Download your Xbox profile (if this has become corrupted in any way)

To answer iRayDawg when I'm on the home page I connect to Xbox Live, but as soon as I run one of my new game or its demo disconnects me and I can log in anymore.

Hello kind Sir, have you tried re-downloading the specific demo or game to your hard drive ? You could clear your cache that way hopefully you can get an update for the game (if there is one available) however as suggested do the trouble shooting that has been provided and let us know how you get on.

Redownload your profile by going to the guide menu and selecting "Download Profile".
