Problem keeping connection

This has just started in the past couple days. I can do anything on the dashboard, but as soon as I try to play a game I am kicked off of XBox Live and each time I test the connection it says everything is fine; however, I cannot keep a connection to XBox Live. 

I also have another XBox in my home, which uses the same modem, router, etc. and there are no problems with that one - keeps the connection just fine. Please help....this is so annoying.

Have tried to test your connection on the Xbox you are having problems with?

If so what NAT is at Strict, Moderate or Open?

If it's either Strict or Moderate try logging into your router and enabling UPnP.

How is it connecting wired or wireless?  Have you tried to change how you connect? if wireless tried cable? if cable a different cable?

It may be that your gamer profile has become corrupted/damaged. Try recover/download your profile and see if your are helped.
