Problem connection with Xbox live

Modem brand & model number: Router brand & model number: If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? Things you have tried: Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Any Error Codes you encounter: Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.) W:0000 - 0021 X:0000 - F001 Y:20A8 - 4840 Z:0000 - 0000 ID:FFFF- FFFF L:0015 - 10F0 Q:8015 - 1004 T:Wireless D:192.168.1.1, 0.0.0.0 S:WPA2 C: 3 Please I need your help. Thanks

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?
Things you have tried: 
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?
Any Error Codes you encounter: 
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? 


You can just copy and paste this list and fill it in for your post. That will help us better understand your network and where an issue may be occurring.

You might go to setting then to storage and remove your last update and the reinstall it.   Once in storage push LB THEN RB THEN X THEN LB THEN RB THEN X   then click yes to uninstall update   when it ask to reinstall update click yes. This might help certainly won't hurt you.

I CANNOT CONNECT TO XBOX LIVE FROM MY XBOX 360 STAR WARS EDITION AND SO I CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE UPGRADE, CANNOT USE NOTHING. PLEASE WHAT I HAVE TO DO????
