Problem connecting to internet


I purchased a new style xbox360 in November and have been using Live no problems since then.

I have not been able to connect to the internet via my xbox since Saturday.

I connect via WIFI (sky Broadband) and all other devices in the house work fine still with the internet (phone, laptop etc). The xbox picks up the wireless signal (1 to 2 bars) but when I test the connection I get an error message saying it cannot connect and prompts me to review the password etc. . It is the stage before even getting to xbox live connection.

I have tried the troubleshooting online and none of this has seemed to help either

Hello. As for the error you will have to wait for an xbox support member to give you more advice, however, have you tried linking your xbox by wire? You could also try linking it directly to the modem to see if this makes any difference.
