I purchased a new style xbox360 in November and have been using Live no problems since then.
I have not been able to connect to the internet via my xbox since Saturday.
I connect via WIFI (sky Broadband) and all other devices in the house work fine still with the internet (phone, laptop etc). The xbox picks up the wireless signal (1 to 2 bars) but when I test the connection I get an error message saying it cannot connect and prompts me to review the password etc. . It is the stage before even getting to xbox live connection.
I have tried the troubleshooting online and none of this has seemed to help either
