problem ( cant add credit card ) help ! DESPERATING!

 does anyone have this issue ?

i cant add credit cards on my account!

it just keeps saying "insert a valid credit card number"

i already called to microsoft helpers and they doesnt know...........

help me please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also to add on to that, I bought something off the xbox live marketplace on my other account, with the same credit card it would not let me add. So obviously my credit card is good to make online purchases. This seriously makes me mad.

I hope you mean Xbox Support by "microsoft helpers." Check with your bank and your card processor to make sure your card is good to make online purchases and recurring purchases as well. Also you will need to make sure you're billing address on your xbox account matches with your bank card.

Hey there Sean! If you are unable to add multiple cards to your account, I would suggest contacting phone support to see if there is a deeper issue with your billing account. First though, visit https://billing.microsoft.com and make sure all that information is current and correct. Let us know what you find out there. Thanks!

I am having this issue right now too. I've tried two different cards and THEY ARE WORKING because I just used one of them to just renew Netflix but no matter what Xbox Live just says "Please enter a valid credit card number".

Tried it on Xbox.com.

Tried it on the Xbox 360.

Same results.

No, I'm having this problem too. I've tried many different credit cards (mine, my parents, my sisters) and it just keeps saying please enter a valid credit card. At first I thought maybe there was something wrong with my account, but there isn't because I tried it on one of my other accounts. Microsoft really needs to fix this, I am getting very irritated, I wanted to hop on the 1$ 1 month, and they won't even let me add a credit card. SMH
