Problem adding people to my Gold Family Account

I recently purchased a family account for my family. I have myself added and my brother. I want to add my sister and my husband but every time I try I get this: "____________ is in the family, but there was a problem adding them to your Gold Family Pack. Try adding them later. Until you add them to your Gold Family Pack, _____________ will not have access to any Gold Family Pack features." So my husband and I got curious and went and to account management on his account where it said: Can't retrieve information from XBox LIVE. Please try again later. Status code: 807B01F4

i would suggest calling support so they can see who is actually in your family pack already and who is not. you can only add 5 seperate people to the family pack within a certain amount of time. if you have someone in your family pack that is silver, support can exempt that gamertag and you can then re-add them.
