Problème de connexion a Xbox Live Abonnement

Quand je veux me connecter à Xbox Live le message suivant s'affiche :

 

Les informations associées à votre abonnement Xbox LIVE sont incorrectes.

Utilisez un profil contenant un abonnement valide ou récupérez votre profil à partir du Xbox LIVE.

 

Que doit-je faire normalement je peux me connecter a Xbox LIVE normalement mais la sa ne marche pas et je suis abonnés au GOLD

What should I do I can normally connect to Xbox LIVE but normally it does not work and I'm subscribers GOLD]

Have you tried recovering your Gamertag? If not, go ahead and do so. You can find the recovery option in the Sign In menu in the dashboard.
