Hi, I have a issue regarding the preview program. I was invited on 8th August 2015.
Still no message to my Xbox One console.
I have spoken to Support (via chat and telephone) on numerous occasions who confirm I was accepted and still no message. Basically went though loads of things including deleting Blu-Ray Persistant storage, deleting alternate MAC (why, I have no idea, but did these as requested anyway) and lost data due to being requested to restore to factory settings (really appreciated) and still no message.
I have proof people 2 weeks after me have been sent the app message yet still not recieved on my console. (I refuse to post other peoples GT's on a public forum)
I have (still to this date) been dealing with Daniel in the Advocacy and Listening Dept and guess what - yup still no message. (I can prove via case number if requested if someone wants to spend an hour or two reading it)
I cannot access private forums to ask directly as still get Message ID 33 "Group Not Found"
All I have been asking is for someone to re-send the message and I'm going around in circles.
Anyway, support have confirmed I have been accepted, enforcement action cleared OK and on there system for my GT "Stage 1" invite is ticked and still shows as "Stage 2" Pending - Awaiting Console Enrollment from User.
So wheres my preview dash app message guys????
