I was told to post in preview forum by customer service, but the link isn't working for me and says cant be found
the main support team are monitoring the forums so will be able to sort your forum access out once they see your message so you can post in the preview forum.
Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
