Preview Program Update

The latest update has put my Xbox One in a state where it takes 10 to 15 minutes to load the dashboard, and even after that I cant move or even select anything. I've already tried hard resetting it and using a different controller, nothing has worked. Is there going to be an update to fix this?

Hello! If you're a Preview Program member and are having issues with an update please post in the Early Access Forums, someone will be able to better assist you there :) forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

I personally haven't had any issues with my most recent Preview Program update. Do you have any external storage or devices connected to the console? Try disconnecting those and see if your boot time speeds up.

Hey Born2game98,

group not found is an forum access related error. When the main forum support team notice this thread they will verify you are a preview member and will be able to grant you access to the preview forums.

They will post here when they have updated your access so please keep an eye on this thread.
