Preview Program problem.

I have spoken to Xbox support many times, this issue is yet to be resolved.

Basically, I am unable to join the preview program. Ok have been invited to it many times, yet I have never received a service message or email regarding the preview program.

I was told by a support agent: 'You are shown as you accepted the preview invite'. 

This is the problem, I have never accepted the preview invite as I have never received one.

Being told to get another preview invite will not help, as I have had several and have waited weeks without an invite.

All I want is the preview program, please help me resolve this.

Edit: I do not have access to the preview forums or the app so suggesting going there will not help
