Post here if you have high ping and packet loss

I'm on AT&T U-verse and my connection to xbox live (xbox one) is terrible.  I've had AT&T out to my house 4 times and I still have an unacceptable connection to xbox live.  I suspect that whoever MS is using for their peering partner has network bottlenecks at many of the providers.  Unfortunately it's impossible for us as consumers to prove this to MS or AT&T.  AT&T has me run speed tests and they look fine. MS has me run speed tests and they are fine.  Multi-Player is NOT fine.

If you have similar issues please post with the following format:

Provider: AT&T

Ping: 79ms (spikes to 200ms)

Download Speed: 17Mbs

Upload Speed: 1.5Mbs

Download Packet Loss: 1%

Upload Packet Loss: 4%

1% download and 4% upload package los? what the heck is wrong with you?

ppl in europe have to play with a >200ms ping
