About a week ago, my account was hacked, FIFA 12 was in the playlist (which i don't even own), and all my MS points were spent on Ultimate Team packs. I contact the e-mail support about the stolen MS points, and they said i should call the phone support. I am still in full control over my account, i have no other billing information on my account, and i have already changed my password.
Now i wanted to ask I still have to launch an 25 days (and up) UAI to get my points back, or if this could be resolved in less time. Because i would rather not be unable to play online during the holidays (and probably longer).
