At the end of june my younger brothers microsoft points had been taken from his account.
At first I wasnt really sure on what i could do in order to be reimbursed the points which had appeared to almost have disappeared from his account.
I then came across the billing history and find that it seems that MSP have been simply taken from his account without being spent. Why would this even possible.
The account in question which the points have been taken from is the one I am using.
Will someone be able to explain the possible cause of this then perhaps a way of maybe resolving it.
