I sent my son's brand new Xbox 360 in for repairs over 2 weeks ago. Last weekend I was told that they shipped it back. They have not. I chatted with support people but got nowhere. Last night I was informed that it has not gotten to the fedex facility yet. Really? Almost a week after you told me you shipped it back it's STILL not with the shipping company? I need this back so I can return it and by my son a Playstaion, hopefully Sony's customer service is up to par with the rest of the world, as Microsoft's service is terrible and I can't believe that a company that does business like this is still posting profits. Howe can I get this back? I'm tired of the run-around.
