you need 2 things, 1 a hard drive made for your console (if you have the older white one you need the clip on external drive in 20, 60, 120, or 250 gig sizes, and if you have a slim 4 gig then you need the internal 250 or 320 gig drive installed) as the
hard drive is required as it has the emulation software needed to play the old games. 2, your game has to be on the list of backwards compatible games which can be found here:
en.wikipedia.org/.../List_of_Xbox_games_compatible_with_Xbox_360. NOTE your drive HAS to be a real 1st party drive made by MS or you will not be able to get them to play so buy from a reputable store like game stop as they sell the new style and some of
the older style drives, good luck.
