Player complaint help needed

I filed a player complaint on 11 nov at about 6:20pm. I then blocked the users account. I can no longer see or provide the evidence of the abusive message sent. Can it be sent to my email address? I assume xbox live will take it further but I wish to take it further outside xbox but need the evidence please.
