I suggest you don't waste your time and the lawyer's time by calling them.

If you're being randomly disconnected, 99.9% of the time the problem is on your end and just very well be your Internet Connection or your router.

first off learn to spell because if your talking about going to a lawyer then you should know how to spell correctly

second, unplug all your stuff, modem, router, switch(if you have one)  because like sickboy said 99.9% of the time the problem is at your end

LOL lawyers. How many times have people threatened to sue Microsoft? Obviously any regular person would be spit on.. (no offence, any person would generally be spit on against a huge corporation, but your reason is just ridiculous. I mean the worst thing you could do because of this problem is call them and curse at them, but sue..? c'mon.)

I would agree with the sentiment that alot of the times it is due to our internet connections and/or router - but another option may be in this case that maybe his wireless adaptor has stopped working which is entirely possible.  I have had one go that connects via USB to the XBox, and I have also had the internal wireless adaptor stop working suddenly also.  So who know for sure what the problem is.  What I do know is that a calmly placed call to XBox Live Support after you have done your own trouble shooting will most likely sort out the problem.
