Pins and Store not available

I have been unable to view pins or the store for over a week.  Pins say they should be back soon.  Store asks "Having trouble connecting?"  Multiplayer and Netflix work fine.  I've tried removing my account and retrieving it again as another post suggested, but that did not correct the issue.  All network and multiplayer connection tests show good connectivity with no issues.

Had the same problem, found in another post to hold your finger over the xbox on/of button on the console (not the controller or Kinect) for 8 seconds. This completely turns of the box. Then turn it on, and it should come back. If not I recommend you tweet @XBOXSUPPORT and they will sort you out pretty quick.
