Phantom Xbox O_o

It's not so much as a problem, more of an inquiry. You see when my Xbox has been turned off for a few hours if I pull the cord on my ceiling fan my xbox turns on by itself. Should I be concerned with this? I swear I'm not making this up. I've replicated it several times. I have no idea what's causing it. Any thoughts?

Something is not right in the wiring in the house.

Need an electrician - Stat!

If you can get a ground tester from your local hardware store should be no more then 20$

Should give you more input on what is going on.
