Hello, I have being trying to activate gold status through my paypal account but it will not accept my sign in... It says this every time. ''At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to Microsoft Regional Sales Corporation [Branch office] and try another option.'' I don't know what to do.. Could you help... ASAP

Xbox LIVE only supports PayPal accounts that have a credit card or confirmed bank account as a funding source. Could this be an issue affecting you. In that case you'll have to try another payment option. Hope you get it sorted out:-)
