I get this message everytime I try to add PayPal.

How are you trying to add Paypal? Can you walk me through the steps?

i get the same message he is getting. I got to live.xbox.com/.../Account click on manage payment options. Click pay with paypal. Enter an agreement name and click next. log in to my paypal account. It brings up a page that says review your information and i click agree and continue. And thats when i get this message

I and several friends get this exact  message, gamers that had used paypal fine from may 13 thru may 18 and know the procedure are now getting that rewards failure message. I contacted pay pal and they see me log in but there is no request for funds from Microsoft.

I think something bad may be going on and MS is being oddly quite about it. I can't access anything from MS, mobile, computer, xbox... I hope I'm wrong, or at least it's not malicious.  Their billing system seems to be completely down. Several transations came up zero according to my bank eventhough I did receive what I ordered. This was yesterday. Today I can't do anything, when I talked to the billing department they seemed clueless. Not good.

I have a valid Paypal, I called and checked with thier support, they say its Microsofts problem. Why is Microsoft not telling whats wrong, are they even concerned, I want to buy points but all I get is annoyed.

I still get this problem and it's been over 2 weeks.

Can't buy points.

Can't buy Games on Demand that don't use points.

Points that I currently have can't even be redeemed to buy anything either.

It's getting really difficult to enjoy this service ...

Make sure that your Paypal account information matches that of your Xbox LIVE account. Also make sure your Paypal account either has a valid credit card or a positive money balance (attached bank account may not register).
