My gold membership was due for renewal on 21/01/13. Today I received an email saying they could not charge my paypal account. The account stored with Microsoft is correct but it appears no attempt has been made to take the payment from paypal account.
Is there an issue with Microsoft using paypa? I would rather keep payments set to paypal than store a debit card number against my profile so would rather get this sorted.
Hey sleepsie1982! Have you successfully used your PayPal before? Are you sure you are in a supported region? 18 years or older? And have sufficient funds? If you answered yes, I'd recommend following the prompts on our
contact us page to request a call from our billing department. They would be best equipped to figure out why that PayPal account is encountering an issue. Let us know!
