PayPal Error

Trying to purchase XBOX Live via PayPal but when Clicking 'Confirm Payment' I am getting this Error:

This action cannot be performed at this time. Please try again later. For more information, go to http://www.xbox.com/support.

I have Added my PayPal account and it's all working, it just not allow me to pay.

Any Thoughts?

Yes I've removed it and re-added it about 6 times now. I've also tried adding my Credit Card [Capital One] but it keeps saying that the Card Number is Invalid so it not even let me do that :(

Hmm, this error code is normally associated with some kind of billing account issue, such as mismatched info. Have you tried to remove and re-add your Paypal account? Have you tried with any other payment methods?

Can you confirm that all the billing information on your Xbox LIVE account (name, address, etc) matches that of your Paypal account?

I have rang there support team they are saying there is nothing wrong and that it might be a problem with PayPal, I then rang PayPal and they are saying there is no problem there end.

That error code suggests an issue with your billing account. You should contact phone support (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.aspx) to see if there is a hold on your account, or if your payment method information needs to be updated.

Is this the message you get when purchasing on the console, or Xbox.com? If you haven't, try purchasing on the console, and post the full error message/code back here.
