Payment Problem again.

Ok, so I have a problem, my account was Suspended due to a Payment Problem. Because my dads card was stolen and then he cancelled it and that card was on my xbox. Anyways so I just added my Moms cedit on my Xbox and it didn't change anything it still says the same thing. Can somebody help me? This is really stupid.

18004MY-XBOX. get them to remove your old card and then add the new one.

You will need to transfer your balance to the new credit card. See the steps below

To transfer your services and balances to a new payment method, follow these steps:

Sign in to the Billing and Account Management website.

Under Your payment methods, click the payment method you want to change.

Under Payment method activity, click Go to payment method information.

Under Payment method information for this account, click Use a different payment method.

Click Add new credit card, and then click Next.

Click Add new Direct Debit, and then click Next.

On the Confirm transfer page, confirm the balances and services you want to transfer, and then click Next.

Enter the information for the new payment method, and then click Save.

 

If for some reason this doesn't work for you then call support and they will be able to resolve the issue for you.
