Payment options

Okay, so my account was recently lifted from suspension due to a canceled credit card. when I go to remove that as my payment option, the site says I can't do this because of an outstanding balance on the card? I'm doing exactly what I was told to do by two people on "Chat with an Ambassador" and "Chat with Microsoft Support" and it appears that the information that they both gave me isn't working. I just want to know how to remove the stupid card and I also want to know if I'm going to be suspended again for not being able to remove the cancelled card.....

Check your account at https://billing.microsoft.com and it should show if there is an outstanding balance. If you do have a balance you will have to add a new card to pay off the balance before you can remove the other card.

If you're still having issues, call support and talk to billing.
