Payment option

My card was frozen so I had to change payment option. I tried doing it from my xbox, but it came up with an error code. Ive had this problem before, so like last time I got onto, but now when I try to click "My account" it says there is a glitch. Is there a problem with the website? or is it just me?

It is possible that the website may have a glitch at the moment, I would suggest waiting a little while and trying again. If it still happens, you may want to contact Microsoft Support.
