I was told there was an error with the credit card I'm using when I logged on. but the card I'm using doesn't expire until 9/2013. I need someone in an authority position to tell me why I got this notice before my account gets suspended.
For billing issues, you'll need to call support. You can also check your account at billing.microsoft.com

I tried accessing the billing site but to no avail.
I got a loading error.
I just looked at the card info and it said the card is still good. perhaps it was a false error message?
It's possible it decline the transaction one day, then proccessed it the next
it's possible. I hope that's the case.
