when i try to upgrade my free subscbritoin online

and when i try to do so from the console it says some error 80190126 or something that its not retrieving information from xbox live

Usually happens when you login to LIVE on a website other than plain xbox.com, you might have just logged in while on the Xbox Support site. Try logging out, close the browser, open again and type in xbox.com, try to login again. If you know exactly what the status code is we could find out what is wrong.
