I contacted Xbox on 21/02 with a problem that meant I could connect to Xbox live however couldn't play any of my games online. The gentleman on the phone said 4 days time I would have a response. This was not the case, therefore I contacted Xbox again on 26/2 , however I was told it was business days. I was okay with that but then was proceeded to be told that in fact my case wasn't even filed until the day after meaning in true fact I had waited nearly a week just to be told they had forwarded it to the next team and should hold tight it will be sorted in a couple of days. A couple of days passed I had no reply and therefore contacted Xbox again on 28/2. Here I was told my status had changed, my request for some minor compensation had been forwarded to a supervisor and my issue would be resolved in a couple of hours. I waited for the rest of the night hoping I could contact the next day. However this was a Saturday and the Xbox team were unreachable. I let that slide but now I've lost patience after tonight I was told that in fact my case wasn't resolved which leads me to believe my request for compensation was not filed. Pathetic excuse for customer service in which a customer has not been taken seriously and as it stands feel I should just completely abandon the Xbox One and purchase a Playstation 4.
I hope this isn't also ignored,a VERY VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER
