Pass code issues

Hello, I was wondering if I can get some help with my pass code. More so the pass code question to reset the pass code. I keep putting in the correct pass code question answer however it keeps saying its wrong and I know I did not change it. Can you help me?

Hi there,

If it's a family settings pass code, you'll need to contact Xbox Support by phone to have it reset.

If it's an account pass code, it'll reset by simply re-downloading the profile

Is this the profile passcode? If so, simply re-download the profile.

If it's the family settings passcode, get in touch with Phone Support.
