Parmanently Suspended Account 12/31/9999

So first I'm here because I have been suspended from xbox live permanently with the date of 12/31/9999 resulting in me being reinstated. Ummmm what the hell is this? I get disconnected from live, try signing back in and see this message with an added note saying an email has been sent to your windows live account. I read this email and it tells me that I have been permanently suspended due to display of nudity, pornography, or other sexual content. Now yes I do have a vision camera but I have NEVER used it for anything relating to ***. Its just me that uses the xbox so I know for dang sure nobody else was doing this. The only thing I can think of is some little kid got mad and filled this against me which some how ended up going through. I would like an explanation to this and if its possible to have microsoft over ride this. Now Iv been suspended one other time years ago for something relating to my profile which I admit I shouldn't have had in there. But now this is just ridiculous! Almost 8000 years really? Like I said I have never done or said anything to anybody at all sexual. Receiving a response to this would be really helpful. I have read other posts and people request the gamertag that was suspended so here.         DaSakkAttack

Not at all helpful. I asked a question. That question was not answered. Instead you post some crap that takes me to the code of conduct.

To get an official response about why you were banned, you have to post in the forum that CoolCookie21 linked to you.

I click it and all it is, is a link that says I'm banned (obviously this account is not) and has two other links on it that go to code of conduct and terms of use. So either the link is messed up or this guy is just being a ***.

Woah, no need to start a uproar.

The link is correct, and you'll need to create a new post and ask them why you were ban.  A PET will be there to contact you, you might have to wait until Monday to get a response because they are open M-F.

People can file complaints against you all day long and so long as you didn't do anything to violate the XBL Terms of Service or Code of Conduct then nothing will ever come of those complaints. In fact, the person filing the false complaint(s) will have enforcement action taken against him/her for abusing the system.

The XBL PET do not hand out permanent account/console bans without overwhelming proof that an infraction has occurred. And no, they do not disclose the proof to anyone, not even the account holder.

As stated above, for an OFFICIAL response to your query you need to post in the appropriately linked to forum.
