Parental Windows Live ID?

So, I've encountered a problem. Originally my Xbox was stolen, so I resigned from the Xbox Live Family Plan I was in. Now I play offline and I have a new Xbox, but I am not allowed online because of a Parent's Windows Live ID, which I never put on the account. Does anyone have any idea where this WLID would have come from?

Was your account a child account? Also, when your Xbox was stolen, did you recover your account and all other accounts on the console asap?

Yes, the family pack was under a friend and I joined in, and yes, I recovered all of it within two days.

If your account is a Secondary Account on a Family Plan, then it will be acting as if it is a Child Account. You can test this by using the Primary Account's log-in information as the parent info when asked.
