parental email preventing me from updating the new terms of use

I tried to to access my xbox 360 the other day, but there is a new terms of use which I must accept before being able to access xbox live. I was then told that I must sign into the parental email address to accept the new terms of use, but my mum hasn't used that email for a very long time and it no longer exists. This means I can not log onto xbox live to change the parental email or even update the terms of use at all. what do I do??????!!!

I understand your problem. The only way to recover your account is to contact your mother's mail company via a support mail and ask for the recover of the mail address. If not, just create a new account.

Have a good day !

Hey there BlackMask,

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your account.

Life has a good suggestion to possibly contact the e-mail provider about recovering the account.

Alternatively, if you've lost access to your mom's e-mail address, I would also recommend getting in touch with our Phone Support team for further assistance. They may be able to look into your account with you and work on getting things sorted out.

Please keep us posted on how everything goes.
