I'm not sure where to post this, but this seemed like the best place. Thank you in advance for any help.
I was in my account settings and I clicked on Upgrade/Manage Account. A message popped up that said "Purchase Blocked
Content purchases are blocked. You can change your permissions here."
I clicked on here and got,
Your parent associated with this account must enter their Windows Live ID to continue.
I am 20 years old and I don't have a parent associated with my account. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if you can help that would be awesome.
