parental account recovery won't work, so i can't accept the terms and conditions.

I cannot access my account on the xbox 360 because i need my parental consent, but the problem is that i cannot recover the parental account. I've tried sending a reset link to the emails listed, however those emails aren't mine but looks similar to the ones i have access to. i have tried sending a passcode to my phone, however that phone number is outdated and has been cut off. I have contacted the Xbox support team and i have sent them an reply to track the IP address to validate identity of the account, but that didn't work.

They are so overprotective that they even let the owner of the account out of their account.

HELP!

PS, password recovery didn't do anything at all, but said they are on a maintenance  break.

No that's cause you are talking to the wrong team

You have to contact the live accounts team at answers.Microsoft.com or accounts.live.com and validate that way

The Xbox support team cannot see IPS  as they dont see connection logs that's tier 3
