Parental account Issue

Hi there, It has come to my attention that there's been a Terms of Service change with Xbox in the time since I had been on a particular account of mine.

I have an issue however.

This account "deathstar151" has a parental account attached to it which has been closed due to a violation in the microsoft terms of service (Due to a long story with a person gaining access to the parental account to send particular malicious material)

Because of this I have been unable to accept the Terms of Service, and have been unable to access my account fully.

This account is over 18 and I also wish to remove the parental control over this account, however whenever I try to edit that setting I have been brought back to the ToS update.

I'm afraid I'm in a bit of a tight spot here as you can see. I am happy to accept the ToS, but am unable to do so.

I wish to remove the parental control, but am unable to do so.

I wish to use my Xbox Live account, but am unable to do so.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Chris.

Suggest you contact a Live Agent. You can choose Option 2 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ...

but a faster way to speak to an Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:0:7 and explain the parental account is broken, and why.

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
