Parental acceptance of terms of use

 

I am the primary account holder and have no issue with conntect to xbox live,  but all the other member of the "family" are required to have a parent accept terms of use.

It comes up with my account email,  but the password does not work....it just stays on the same screen...input password.  have tried changing all profile online, ect. 

how can we get this "family"  fixed.  Thanks for the help.!

hello there

it seems that you might have the the family gold pack and that the other profiles that is part of the "family" is under 18

have you check your email yet to make sure their profile confimation is in it?

oh and at the online sign in part. they will ask you for *your* email and password when you try to sign in for the other profiles. try your password next time when they ask for it

can you try to login with one of the secondary accounts on www.xbox.com to see if are able to accept the terms of use there

You can also try to clear the consoles cache via the steps here: support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache
