I have been over charged for Xbox live. When I set up the renew (done in December) it said I had 12 months with 33% off the normal price where as you have taken out the full amount which I am very disappointed about this.
I then emailed the support, which referred me back to the contact page.
On the contact pages, I did the live chat support online, which then sent me back to the contact page and told me to call up customer services.
I spent 30 minutes ( Which I had to pay for as I only have a mobile phone) on the phone talking to customer services they told me i can have 33% my Xbox in 2014 but they will refund me the money they have taken out of my bank account which is £39.99.

The customer support advised me to write this on the forums as they said you would be able to help.
I have been an Xbox customer for numerous years and I feel that they have let me down because of the amount of inconvenience this has caused me. I have been an hour nearly two hours trying to sort all of this out and I would live Xbox to give me the 33% of the gold Xbox live or an offer, which is better because of the inconvenience.
