Original parent email addresse was hacked and I can't get online looking to replace it

This new agreement update that's out it's not letting me sign i think it's cause my parent email address was hacked so they can't get into there account anymore looking for help to completely replace it any ideas?

I thought it was just me now knowing everybody is have this problem that's just crazy

Hi there mister cerb I tried that already and nothing is happening all I'm looking for is if There's a way where you guys could erase the parental account so I could add a new one I would do it myself but my parents email address was hacked and they can't get into it anymore and that means I can't except the agreement

Hi there again I've been trying phone support but it puts me hold for ever or they tell me to leave a callback number and when I left a callback number they never called back

Ok I've pretty much done everything I could do I followed there steps I tried to call them I don't know what else to do I just don't want to start another account because of my parents email is hacked and they can't get into it so like I said before I won't be able to accept the agreement

I called support because I have the same problem.

They told me that they couldn't do anything because they take

account security "very seriously"

This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm extremely ticked off because I know I'm not the

only one suffering. This means I'm going to have to restart EVERYTHING that I've worked hard for.

If there's no solution to this, I will NOT be purchasing anything else from microsoft.

I'm canceling my pre-order for Xbox one and getting the ps4 if something like this isn't resolved.

I've never had a problem like this, and also the support is absolutely horrible,

If something isn't resolved in the next week ,I'm done.
