ordering a replacement power supply

hi, i've been trying to order a replacement power supply for a week now & can't get past step 2.  for the first few days it was just blank, now when i try i get to step 2 & it says

1094 - There’s a good chance that this is not something you’ve done wrong, but an error that we’re not yet aware of. We think that the best thing to do is to start again from the home page. If the problem persists, please contact our support team and reference error code 1094 for assistance.

does anyone know why its not working for me

Have you tried a different browser?  Cleared your cookies and Internet Cache?  If it still will not go through you could give Xbox support a call.  All the International numbers should be in this thread: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/12/t/167791.aspx

cheers i'll try ringing them, can't get past billing & review. tried it with internet explorer & google chrome & cleared cookies & such.
