opgrade from silvermember to goldmember

When i try to go from silver to gold member i get statuscode 80190864. and i cant opgrade,anyone know why?

Edit: status code:80190864 means is that the payment option attached to your account has billing violation present on it

 

If you havnt been on Xbox in awhile you could have an outstanding balance from the last time you were on Live. It could have gone into decline without you noticing and then went into a delayed write off. Check your E-mails to see if you had any 'Trouble with your payment' mails. If its a month you were on before it could be 11.98 that you have to pay or if you are really lucky its 39.99.

You can also go to billing.microsoft.com and make sure all of your information is correct and up to date. Sometimes the code just means there's some information wrong or missing. If you can't fix it there, you'll need to call support.
