Opening Nat for SR350n Smart RG by ClearAccess

I have been struggling to open the nat on my router/modem. I purchased this from ACS (internet provider) I tried forwarding the ports like the said I should, but was unsuccessful. I'm still correctly still getting moderate nat at all times. Can someone help me out. If you have any questions, please let me know.

you need to call the support line for your router/modem, they may have firewall on it you need to disconnect we cannot tell you how to do router work thjats the company that made the router usually they will walk you through it and in most cases they can do it for you. hope that helps.
