Online Safety Settings

Hey ,I'm having a problem with my Online Safety Settings . I'm trying to change it to custom from teen so I can add and talk to my friends but when I enter the password (which I'm 100% sure is correct) it tells me that I'm wrong . Anyone know why ? I've looked up the problem before and the only solution I found was to create a new account but I'm not gonna do that because I'm halfway into my Gold Membership already . Any help would be appreciated .

I already know the email and the password but I'm being told that I'm wrong every time . I even got them to change the password but it's still telling me that it's wrong

Perhaps they are giving you the wrong info, or it was a different account that set it up. You can call up phone support to have them look further into your accounts.

It's the right information because we've changed the password many times for it to work but still nothing . What would be the number to ring for people in Ireland ? What would I say to them too ?

So the other person changed the password? What happens when you take the information and try to change the password?

We can change the password with no problem ,we've done it about 5 times but it still won't work . I can sign into the parent account no bother aswell with the password but when I enter the password when changing the settings ,it just says its wrong . I've tried it online too on this website but it doesn't work either .

If you log in to the "parent" account, and go over to Family Settings, does your "MachoSpoon" account show up? I'm wondering if this isn't really the account that is the parent of your account.

No it doesn't show up but I'm sure that the parent account that I'm using is right because when it asks me for the password when I do it on the xbox ,it doesn't give me the option of changing the e-mail address ,the parent account one that I'm using is just there .

If the account isn't showing up under the Parental Settings tab on your "parent" account, then it isn't properly connected. Perhaps he was improperly promoted or removed. I would call up phone support about the issue with your account(s).

Are you sure that I should call them up because we never touched the settings since the account was created ,if I have to call them up then what would be the number for Irish people to call and what would I say ? (I'm not much of a talker)
