Generally, yes. But it's really up to you to make sure you don't buy from a dodgy website. Some of the more popular sites to buy games online are play-asia.com and ozgameshop.com. You might need to check if whatever game you're buying fro Play Asia is region free because not all are, and I think it's safe to say all games from ozgameshop will work on your Xbox because they're coming from the UK and we share the same region restrictions with them.

These guys are also really good.  They are in Hong Kong so the delivery times are really good.  They also list in their descriptions if the games work on Aussie Xbox 360s.  And the prices are very sharp.

Mario128 are ok, delivery times for my LA Noire took over 2 weeks though.

Personally I like Zavvi.com. Good prices and they tend to arrive within 2 weeks.

I have ordered from both sites and have always found Mariio128 faster.  Zavvi can take absolute ages.  All my orders for Mariio128 take less than 10 days to get to Melbourne.  Zavvi can take anywhere up to 3 weeks...  But they do have good specials though.  And their Blu-rays are cheap!

I've only bought from a few online stores (one of which has since shutdown) but I do like ozgameshop IF you can put up with the two week+ shipping. Of course when the $ saving is good enough that shipping time gets less and less important....

eg. Arkham City Collectors Edition

      EB Games $148

     JB HiFi $147

OZG $90 ... is that insane or what?

I can vouch for OzGameShop. I have purchased from them a few times in the past after a fellow Forum-goer recommended it. The savings are incredible and the wait time is usually two weeks from the date you order them. Saving at least $50 on each purchase - its definately worth it if you're not in a rush to get the game on release date.

Do you know when they announce they have the CE for games? The CE for Skyrim was announced today but I don't want to spend $200 on it, especially since (so far) it looks like only EB is getting the CE.
