One Year of XBox Live NOT Accounted For :{

For the past few months, I've noticed on my profile that the number of years I was on Live hasn't changed. I went to Xbox.com, to find out why. I noticed that there is a 12 month lapse that hasn't been accounted for. The date of this lapse is 03/05/2010 through 03/04/2011. I know daggone well that I had a GOLD membership during this time.

Has anyone else had this problem, and was contacting M$ worth the effort to getting this situation corrected??

Hey there! For something like this you should contact phone support (support.xbox.com/contact-us), as they are the ones responsible for billing and such. I'm not currently aware of any way to manually change your tenure number, but if they can correct this gap on your billing statement, it might update it that way.
