I`ve finally signed in to Xbox LIVE after losing hours of gameplay today. I spend a lot of money on Xbox LIVE and the Marketplace , and although I am currently using a 48 hour code I would like to see some compensation for the loss of service . Something useable like Microsoft points or a free trial would probably put a smile on the faces of your angry customers ..... keep the custom / keep the cash-flow .
This isn`t a demand , simply a request.
I`ve also noticed a little neglect on here in the past few weeks , you guys really need to step up your game .
