So today I rang up xbox live to cancel my auto renewal for 12 month subscription. I said it was too expensive for me to afford, at which point the operator said he could offer me 40% off the price. I could afford this, so I agreed, but since checking my account I have discovered I have been put on a 35 pounds for 12 months plan. This was not what I agreed to pay for. Also, i am sure my previous subscription was not going to run out for around a month, or maybe more, yet my new subscription has begun already, or so it seems from the date on my xbox account. My reference number for the earlier call was 1156373077 (and the handlers name was Dylan) I am 99% sure he said 40 percent off, So what can I do now? I am not willing to pay that much, and I'm not yet sure whether my card has been debited or not.
